Margie Katherine Kruse, 98, of Sedalia, died Saturday, May 25, 2024 at the Sylvia G. Thompson Residence Center in Sedalia.
Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, June 3, 2024 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Sacred Heart Chapel, with Fr. Joe Corel officiating. Rosary will be recited at 9:40am, followed by the family receiving friends from 10am until service time, at the church. Inurnment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery at Clifton City. Memorials are suggested to Sacred Heart Catholic Church in care of McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.
Born January 19, 1926 in Clifton City, she was the daughter of the late Emil and Cecila Lorenz Pabst. In 1947, she married Clarence M. Kruse, and he preceded her in death on September 1, 1996.
She is survived by a son, Ronald Kruse and his wife Susan of Overland Park, Kansas; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a sister, Joann Cramer of Topeka, Kansas. She was preceded in death by a son, Dale Len Kruse; a brother; and a sister.
Mrs. Kruse was a longtime member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sedalia, and was a retired homemaker.
