A Boonville woman suffered moderate injuries after overturning her vehicle while driving on westbound Interstate 70 in Saline County on the evening of Wednesday, May 29th.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, troopers responded to the one-vehicle accident at mile marker 85 around 6:25 p.m. Troopers say that 37-year-old Katherine Andrews traveled off the roadway in her SUV and overcorrected, traveling back across the roadway before overturning. Andrews was taken to a Columbia hospital for treatment. She was the only person in the vehicle and was wearing her seat belt, according to troopers.
