The Norborne Soybean Festival was announced as the winner of the Cenex Hometown Throwdown.

There were a total of 500 entries into the competition and the Norborne Soybean Festival was one of three finalists. Kyle Durham explained the process for entering the contest.

The Norborne Soybean Festival received a $100,000 prize, which will be used for the festival.

The 2024 Norborne Soybean Festival is scheduled for August 1-3 in downtown Norborne.
