
The Missouri Department of Transportation will be performing maintenance work throughout several area counties from June 3-7. All work is weather permitting.
In Johnson County:
-Lane closures are scheduled on the U.S. Highway 50 eastbound bridge over Bear Creek from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, June 3 for surface leveling.
-Flagging operations are scheduled at various locations on Missouri Highway 13 for surface leveling. The operations will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
-Flagging operations are scheduled on Missouri Highway 58 at various locations for patching work.
-Flagging operations are scheduled on Missouri Highway 131 at various locations for patching work.
In Pettis County:
-A full closure is scheduled on Route NN between Missouri Highway 127 and the Johnson County line from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday for pavement repair work.
In Saline County:
-Flagging operations are scheduled on Missouri Highway 240 at various locations for patching work.
-Flagging operations are scheduled on various locations on Old Highway 240 throughout the week for patching work.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones.
