A Kirksville woman was killed in a two-vehicle collision in Cooper County on Monday morning.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to the accident around 9:40 on Route J, about a mile east of Bunceton. Troopers say a car driven by 37-year-old Nicole Wilson was eastbound when she crossed the center line and struck a truck head-on. Both vehicles left the roadway. Wilson was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger in her vehicle suffered minor injuries and was flown to a Columbia hospital. The driver of the truck, 41-year-old Jonathon Kuschel of Tipton, was taken to Boonville for treatment of moderate injuries.
