The Sweet Springs Board of Aldermen approved a quote to repair the drum filter on the city’s lagoon during its meeting on Monday, June 10.

According to minutes from the meeting, the board reviewed quote from Alliance Pump to work and repair the drum filter at the city’s lagoon. City Clerk Fuehring said getting the drum filter fixed would get the city and the lagoon back into compliance.

The board approved the quote from Alliance Pump in the amount of $10,543.

During a closed session, the board moved to hire Sarah Lock, Jordan Prough, and Abram Goode as pool managers.
