Public works crews in Sedalia have pushed back the start of a project to resurface part of N. Engineer Road.
The city announced Wednesday morning that the project to apply new asphalt to N. Engineer from E. Tower to Reine Avenue would not start until Monday, June 17th. The project had been scheduled for this week. When construction begins, the roadway will be closed to through traffic, and drovers will need to use an alternate route. Asphalt work will be scheduled to take place between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Provided there are no more delays because of weather or equipment breakdowns, crews expect to have this stretch of N. Engineer resurfaced by Friday, June 21st.
