Arlene M. Williams, 59, of Kansas City, Missouri, formerly of Slater, died Monday, June 10, 2024 at her home.

A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at St. Paul Baptist Church in Slater, with Rev. Patrick Dillard and Larry Moore officiating. Inurnment will be in Mount Moriah Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 12:00 until 1:00 P.M. at the church. Weiker Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Born September 11, 1964 in Columbia, she was the daughter of the late Bishop Marvin Henry Williams and Mable Ree Tolfree Williams.

She is survived by a brother, Ralph Williams of Twin Cities, Minnesota; a sister, Marilyn Hockaday of Slater; three nieces, Shana, Aletha, and Christine, all of Minnesota; two nephews, Charlie (Stacy) of Marshall, and Gable “Sean” (Stephanie) of Knob Noster; a sister-in-law, Karen, of Minnesota; and several great nieces and nephews.
