Four more Missouri Valley men’s rodeo team members completed their third and final go-rounds Thursday night at the College National Finals Rodeo in Casper, Wyoming.

Senior Tyler Freeman is now 16th in the saddle bronc standings after earning 69 in his final performance to bring his total to 140.5. Senior Ty Pope also completed his third go-round in saddle bronc but posted a no-score, keeping him 23rd in the event standings on 75 points.

The team roping pair of Easton Kerby and Nathan Pelke ended up not posting a score in their third go-round, following no scores in the previous two go-rounds.

The final go-round performances are Friday evening at 7 p.m. Central, when Pope will complete his final preliminary run in bareback riding. He currently has an event score of 159-point-five and need at least an 83 to take the lead. Pope remains second in the men’s all-around standings behind Wacey Schalla of Clarendon College.
