The Salisbury School District Board of Education approved several motions during its meeting on Wednesday, June 19.

According to minutes from the meeting, the board approved the 2024-2025 budget as presented. The board also moved to accept and approve the elementary and high school student and teacher handbooks for the next school year as well.

During a closed session, the board voted to offer contracts for several available positions. The board wants to hire Zach Cooper a contract as head junior high boys basketball coach, and Molly Henke as Head Food Services Director.

The board’s next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 17.
