The Missouri Department of Transportation’s latest bridge rehabilitation project in Cooper County is underway.

The Route O bridge over the Moniteau Creek in southern Cooper County will be closed for the next two months to complete the work. Drivers will need to find a detour.

The bridge work begins as work is expected to conclude soon on the Route 5 bridge south of Boonville. That bridge over the Petite Saline Creek has been closed since late May.
