The Boonville Pirates will add a pair of assistant coaches to their staff this fall.

Superintendent Mark Harvey says that one of the positions will bring the number of assistant coaches on the softball team to three.

Boonville is also adding an assistant coach for the girls’ wrestling program.

Both positions were approved by the Boonville R-I Board of Education at last Wednesday’s meeting. Harvey says he expects to have the positions filled before the next school board meeting July 17th.
