The Pettis County Commission announced the appointment of Chris Hoke to be the next Building and Grounds Director for the County of Pettis, effective June 28. The Commission also recognized outgoing Building and Grounds Director Bret Manuel and thanked him for his 18 years of service to Pettis County.

Chris Hoke, a dedicated employee of Pettis County for over eight years, has extensive experience and deep understanding of the county’s infrastructure, which makes him exceptionally qualified for this leadership role.

As the new Building and Grounds Director, Hoke will oversee the maintenance and management of all county-owned properties, ensuring they remain safe, functional, and welcoming for the residents of Pettis County. He will also play a key role in planning and executing future projects to enhance county facilities.
