
Greg Adams, 64, of Marshall, MO, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at his home, following a 2 year battle with cancer.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall with William W. Harlow officiating. Burial will follow in Ridge Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to family choice and an online guestbook is available at www.campbell-lewis.com.
Born November 11, 1959, in Marshall, he was the son of the late Lee Adams and Frances “Franny” Korte Adams. He lived in Marshall most of his life where he was the very first student, thanks to having a last name that started with an A, to graduate from the new Marshall High School in 1977. Greg met Kelly Morton and they shared 38 years together and were married on August 17, 2007. He worked as a truck driver for 35 years, with most of those years being spent with MFA, as well as being a diesel mechanic at his brother’s shop, Marshall Diesel. Greg was a hard worker all his life, but also found enjoyment in hunting, fishing, and photography.
In addition to his wife, Kelly, of the home; he is survived by one daughter, Krystal Thomas (Gentry) of Winona; one granddaughter, Adalynn Thomas; one brother, Randy Adams (Carol) of Marshall; several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
