
Rosella Louise Land, 84, of Miami, MO, died Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at The Living Center in Marshall.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 16, 2024, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall with Rev. Roger Mabrey and William W. Harlow officiating. Burial will follow in Ridge Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Born May 3, 1940, in Collins, MO, she was the daughter of the late Glenn Oliver Eskew and Dorothy Ruth McCoy Eskew. On October 30, 1959, she married Billie Glen Land who survives of the home. Louise lived in the Miami area most of her life where she attended Miami Baptist Church and worked as a cook at the Miami school for 12 years. She enjoyed spending time working in her flower garden.
In addition to her husband, Glen; she is survived by one daughter, Debbie Failor (Donnie Shively) of Marshall; one grandson, Randall Failor of Columbia, IL; a great-granddaughter, Zoey Lynn Failor; one brother, Dale Eskew (Donna) of Marshall; three sisters, Jean Walker of Wichita, KS, Lena Charles (John) of Sweet Springs and Glenda Jennings (John) of rural Marshall; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
