Access to Sedalia’s Smith-Cotton High School will be impacted Friday by a road closure near the school.

Sedalia 200 Schools announced that a portion of Tiger Pride Boulevard will close Friday for road construction. The construction is part of the district’s project to expand its athletic facilities. Anyone needing to visit the High School will need to enter from Sacajawea Road. However, visitors to the Loftus Early Childhood Center can still access the school from Route 65.

The closure is expected to take place from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
