The Missouri Department of Transportation has provided notices to proceed on two bridges in Saline County.

Northern District Commissioner Monte Fenner provided an update on the two bridges after Wednesday’s commission session.

The 245th Road Bridge over Pass Branch was built in 1910 and has an estimated replacement cost of $455,000. The Mount Olive Road bridge over Salt Fork was built in 1915 and has an estimated replacement cost of $1.5 million.
