The Pettis County Commission and representatives from OWN Engineering and Cale Seymour Construction conducted the final inspection for a bridge on Elm Branch Road, near Farrington Park Lake in Windsor, on Thursday, August 22 .

After the inspection of the bridge was complete, it was determined the project was substantially finalized and the road was ordered to be opened to traffic effective immediately.

The entire $309,178 project was financed entirely through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. Additionally, the county will secure over $247,342 in soft match credits to use in future projects.
