Parking outside the Marshall Public Library is limited as a result of a project to replace a broken pipe in the parking lot.

Marshall Mayor Vince Lutterbie tells KMMO News that crews Friday morning began digging up portions of the parking lot outside the library to replace the pipe. Lutterbie stresses that the library remains open while the work is underway and that no service interruptions are expected for the duration of the project. He estimates the replacement project to take about two weeks.
