A Concordia man suffered moderate injuries in a one-vehicle wreck Saturday morning north of the city.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that 23-year-old Payton Kanoy was driving south on Route 23, about a mile north of Concordia, when at 4:30 a.m. his truck went off the right side of the roadway and struck a fence. Kanoy was taken to a Warrensburg hospital. Troopers say Kanoy was not wearing his seat belt.
