A one-vehicle accident was reported on Interstate-70 in Saline County on Monday, September 9.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a freightliner traveling along westbound I-70 went off the side of the roadway, struck a tree line and overturned. MSHP says the accident occurred at Mile Marker 83 on I-70.

28-year-old Hasan Orzuzoda was taken to University Medical Center for treatment of moderate injuries.

The accident was reported at 6:05 a.m.
