The Concordia Board of Aldermen approved a preventive maintenance agreement for the HVAC equipment for the Community Center during its meeting on Monday, September 16.

City Administrator Dale Klussman said this agreement allows Beerman Heating and Cooling to service and maintain the new HVAC equipment at the Concordia Community Center.

In other news, the board agreed to cancel a special meeting with Crockett Engineering on September 30. The board will still hold a meeting on Monday, September 23, to discuss the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 budget.
