Principals at Slater Schools are reporting higher attendance at both the elementary and high school to start the school year.

Superintendent Dr Terry Lorenz recapped their reports from Monday’s school board meeting.

Lorenz says student participation in extracurricular activities is also higher than a year ago.

Slater Schools will mark Homecoming week from Sept 30 through Oct 5.
