A quarter-mile stretch of a Sedalia roadway will close beginning Monday, Sept. 23 for the city’s latest milling and overlay project.

Public works crews will perform the maintenance work on South Warren between West 16th and West 20th streets. Drivers in the area will need to use detours around the work zone, while residents along the roadway will need to coordinate with city crews on when they’re able to access their driveways. Work will take place Monday through Friday between 5 a.m. and 4 p.m. Inclement weather or equipment breakdowns can delay the project.
