A Sedalia man suffered moderate injuries after losing control of his all-terrain vehicle on a gravel drive south of the city Tuesday, Sept. 24.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 38-year-old Jason England was riding his vehicle east on a driveway off Route U just south of Sedalia, when at around 6:35 p.m. he lost control of the vehicle. The ATV overturned, ejecting England. He was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. troopers say England was wearing the proper safety gear.
