The City of Slater has issued a boil advisory for some residents in the eastern portion of the city.

City officials announced early Friday, Sept. 27 that residents near the intersection of Blackstone and Emmerson are impacted by this advisory. They will need to bring consumable water to a rolling boil and allowed to cool before drinking. The advisory is in effect for the next 24 hours.
