Post-season volleyball action resumes around the state this evening as Classes One, Two, and Three have their sectional contests.

KMMO-FM 102.9 will carry the Class One Sectional from Alma, where District 14 champion Santa Fe host Osceola. The Chiefs’ record is 21-9 while the District 13 champs Osceola have a mark of 24-10-2. These two schools last met in the Sectionals two years ago, also at Santa Fe, with the Chiefs coming out on top in that skirmish. Our Greg Schmidt will be in his namesake broadcast booth when our pregame begins at 6:20 p.m. at Santa Fe.

All of these contests also start at 6:30 pm with this evening’s winners advancing to the state quarterfinals on Saturday.
