A head-on collision on a Johnson County roadway sent one Warrensburg man to the hospital with moderate injuries.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says that a sedan and pickup collided around 6:15 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31 on SE 601st Road, south of the intersection with SE 581st Road west of Knob Noster. 35-year-old Jeremy Duensing was driving the sedan; he sustained moderate injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital. Troopers say Duensing was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. The driver of the pickup had no reported injuries and was wearing their seat belt.
