The Marshall High School Debate Squad competed in the Grain Valley Debate Tournament over the weekend.

Two Marshall students placed in Lincoln-Douglas Debate. Brianna Carrillo placed 11th and Piper Brunson placed 12th out of the 60 debaters that entered into the competition.

The squad’s next tournaments will be at Carrollton High School and Truman High School.
