A Warrensburg man suffered serious injuries after a one-vehicle crash in southeastern Johnson County on Saturday, Nov. 16.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a 61-year-old man was driving south on Route 23 past the intersection with Route PP, when at around 6:45 a.m., his vehicle crossed the center line and went off the east side of the roadway. His vehicle struck a culvert and overturned. The driver was flown to a Kansas City area hospital. Troopers say that the driver was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash.
