A Cole Camp man suffered moderate injuries after his vehicle went off a roadway south of Sedalia on Monday, Nov. 18.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the 74-year-old was driving his SUV south on Route U about six miles south of Sedalia, when at around 5:40 p.m., he failed to make the curve near Smasal Road. The man’s SUV went off the right side of the roadway and struck a ditch, then went across a roadway to strike another ditch and fence. He was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
