The Arrow Rock community is getting in the Christmas spirit Saturday, Nov. 23, with their annual Hanging of the Greens event.

Leslie Huston with Experience Arrow Rock says an honored guest will make his way to town that afternoon at 2 p.m.

Santa will pose for pictures afterward at the J Huston Tavern, where cookies and cocoa will also be served. Huston adds that businesses in town will welcome visitors throughout the day.

Arrow Rock will also host its Old-Fashioned Christmas in the Village on Dec. 7. More information about these events are available on the Experience Arrow Rock page on Facebook.
