
The Moberly City Council approved a contract with American Pipeline Solutions for emergency maintenance of the city’s sewer force main during its meeting on Monday, November 18.
City Manager Michael Bugalski explained that the work will involve cleaning the force main to avoid any future problems in the city’s sewer system.
The council approved the contract with American Pipeline Solutions. The contract amount varies depending on how much work needs to be done on the force main, but it maxes out at $110,000.
In other news, the council approved the re-appointment of Doug Henry to the Fire Prevention Board of Appeals.
