
Five area players are among the selection on this year’s Class One All-State Volleyball team.
The selections by the Missouri high School Volleyball Coaches Association include two from the fourth-place Santa Fe Chiefs, junior Mia Lark and senior Emma Michael. A pair of Concordia Orioles also made the list, senior Olivia Hemme and junior Ava Mueller. Northwest’s Gabriella Meyer also earned selection to the all-state team.
The Class Three team features three players from third-place Odessa. Junior Kali Adamec, along with seniors Rylee Adams and Lanyn Sisk, all earned selection to the team. Oak Grove freshman Paisley Hudson also picked up all-state honors, as well as Pleasant Hill seniors Ella Crain and Riley Hays, and Chillicothe junior Lyla Beetsma.
Stover senior Ashlyn Pinzke is the area’s lone representative on the Class Two all-state team.
