Two men were injured after their truck ran off a highway outside Glasgow around 4 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 21.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a pickup driven by a 77-year-old man from Marshall was heading west on Route 240, when it failed to turn at the T intersection with Route 87 just south of Glasgow. The truck ran off the road and struck an embankment. The driver and his 31-year-old passenger from Slater both suffered moderate injuries and were taken to a Columbia hospital. Troopers say neither man was wearing their seat belt.
