A Moberly woman suffered moderate injury after a collision with an oncoming vehicle on a Randolph County roadway Sunday, Nov. 24.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that around 10:30 a.m., an SUV driven by an 80-year-old woman failed to stop at an intersection along Business Route 63 in Moberly. The SUV crashed into a northbound vehicle driven by a 61-year-old. The 61-year-old driver suffered moderate injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital. Troopers say she was not wearing her seat belt at the time of the crash. The SUV driver did not have any reported injuries and had been wearing her seat belt.
