The next bridge replacement project included in the Northwest Bridge Bundle project has been delayed by one more week.

The Carroll County Missouri Route J bridge over Bridge Creek, located west of Hale, was to close Monday, December 9, but is now scheduled to close Monday, December 16. The original start date was planned for yesterday, Monday, December 2.

The project to replace the bridge is expected to continue through April 2025.

During construction, motorists will need to find an alternate route. The Bridge Creek Bridge was built in 1932 and has a traffic volume of approximately 487 vehicles per day. All work is weather permitting and schedules are subject to change.
