The Carrollton R-VII School District is enjoying a double-digit increase to their annual performance report score from the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

Superintendent Dr Tinna Croy says the boost is a testament to the hard work of the district’s students and staff.

Croy says the district remains strong in English and Language Arts, while improvement is still needed in mathematics and student attendance. However, she credits a strong culture of learning cultivated by Carrollton’s staff.

Carrollton Superintendent Dr Tinna Croy presented the district’s APR numbers at last week’s school board meeting. Also last week, the board approved their general insurance renewal for 2025, which also saw a double-digit increase. Croy says this year’s price tag from MUSIC is around $261,000.
