A greenspace retained by the City of Marshall following the sale of the former Fitzgibbon Hospital lot will be dedicated Friday, Dec. 27.

Mayor Vince Lutterbie details what the city’s installed at the site to commemorate the hospital’s previous location.

The greenspace was retained after the Marshall City Council agreed to sell most of the block in July to a developer. The remainder of the block will become the site of a dozen homes.
