Carolyn S. Adams, 88, of Marshall, MO, died Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at The Living Center in Marshall.

No services will be held and inurnment will be in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to The Living Center in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home.  An online guestbook is available at www.campbell-lewis.com

Born June 28, 1936, in Okemah, OK, she was the daughter of the late Alvin Kennedy Wyrick and Edna Myers Sadler.  Carolyn lived in Marshall the last several years, but most of her life was spent in California where she was a 1954 graduate of Salinas High School in Salinas, CA.  On May 19, 1972, she married John M. Adams who preceded her in death on November 18, 2017.  Her career in California was spent as an office manager with auto dealerships.

Survivors include two sisters, Frances Marsh of Marshall, MO and Joan Jackson of Santa Cruz, CA; two brothers, Donald Ray Sadler of rural Nelson, MO and Richard Sadler of Arizona; two stepsons, Frank Adams of Pasadena, CA and Victor Adams of Simi Valley, CA; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Oliver Ray Sadler.
