
With the incoming winter storm, these are the current warming centers in Johnson County that will be open to the public. Each individual location has different dates and times for availability.
In Warrensburg, the Community Center will be available during normal business hours. Anyone interested should call ahead at 660-747-7178. First Presbyterian Church at 206 North College Street will also be available from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. Saturday through Tuesday.
The Knob Noster Police State Lobby will be available beginning 5 p.m. Saturday, and remain open 24 hours as needed.
Holden City Hall can be used as a warming center from Sunday through Wednesday at 6 p.m. each night. The Leeton Community Center can also be used from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday.
