Minor injuries were reported after a 2020 Freightliner overturned on westbound Interstate-70 on Friday, January 3.

According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred when the truck driven by a 55-year-old Kentucky man traveled off the left side of the roadway while traveling along I-70 in Cooper County. The truck overturned in the accident.

The driver was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident and only has minor injuries. The crash occurred at 11:40 p.m. at Mile Marker 91.2 on I-70.
