The City of Moberly is hosting an open house to discuss a widening project on South Morley Street.

The open house is scheduled to be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, January 23 in the Council Chambers at Moberly City Hall. Residents are invited to walk through a series of exhibits with details about the project, which is expected to begin in late 2025.

City staff and representatives from Bartlett & West Engineering firm will be on hand to provide further information. The project itself will take place on Morely Street, between Burkhart and Carpenter. The Moberly Public Works department says the cost of the project will be shared between funds from the city and state.
