The City of Glasgow is seeking its next police chief.

City administrator Robert Snider tells KMMO News that the city will post the opening in various outlets including job boards to find their next top cop. The move comes after previous police chief Tyler Polson submitted his resignation Dec. 6. Polson had filed suit against the city in September 2023, but the lawsuit was recently dismissed at the request of both parties. Joshua Lafferty is currently serving as Glasgow’s interim police chief.
