With a winter storm on its way through the area later this week, Saline County Emergency Management wants to remind residents of warming centers available to the public.

There are three warming centers open to residents in Saline County. The Marshall Senior Center is available from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Salt Fork YMCA in Marshall serves as a warming center from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, and on the weekends until 6 p.m.

The Slater Senior Center is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
