A Hughesville man suffered moderate injury after his vehicle went off a highway south of Sedalia early Sunday, Feb. 23.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that the 43-year-old driver was heading north on U.S. Route 65 just shy of the intersection with John Road, about a mile south of Sedalia. Troopers say at around 12:10 a.m., the vehicle went off the roadway and overturned, causing moderate injury to the driver. The driver was treated at a nearby hospital.
