The Town of Carrollton is in the process of updating several items pertaining to city operations, including some title changes.

Mayor Susan Bliss says the town council will consider changing the titles of two office roles at city hall, after discussing the idea at last week’s town council meeting. She explains why town leaders believe it necessary to make the changes.

Bliss says the council is also considering a change to how paid time off is accrued and used.

The Carrollton Town Council agreed to double the daily meal allowance amount to $50, with no one meal exceeding $30. The council next meets March 3.
