The City of Sedalia’s Utilities Staff will be working at the northwest corner of West 5th Street and South Kentucky Avenue beginning on February 26 to repair a failed storm sewer pipe.

The work will begin at 8 a.m. and continue until 5 p.m. Travelers should anticipate the southbound lane of South Kentucky Avenue closed to through traffic.

Heavy equipment and workers will be operating in and near the roadway during this period. This work is weather and equipment dependent and the re-opening time may be affected by inclement weather or equipment breakdowns.
