The City of Sedalia is announcing an emergency road closure to allow crews to repair a failed storm sewer pipe affecting the roadway.

South Lamine Avenue, from East 2nd Street to East 3rd Street is closed until 5 p.m. Thursday, February 27.

Drivers will need to use an alternative route during this period. Heavy equipment and workers will be present in the roadway during this period. Inclement weather or equipment breakdowns could delay completion.
