The Salisbury R-IV School Board has renewed the contracts of their elementary and high school principals.

According to preliminary minutes from their meeting Feb, 19, the board voted to extend the contracts for Robin Gebhardt at the elementary school and Wade Billington at the junior high and high school. Both extensions are for the 2025-26 school year. The board also accepted the retirement letter from high school special education director Jeri Marek.

Also last week, Salisbury’s school board accepted a 50/50 grant for business marketing information technology, and accepted the locker bid presented by Warehouse Design. The board also voted to register for membership in the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce.

Salisbury’s school board will next meet March 19.
